Segway Guided Tours

Tour Denver in style!  Denver Segway Tours combines the adventure of a sightseeing tour with the novelty of segway motoring.  A guided segway tour is truly the most original way to tour the city.  This is a great way to find out more about the city, or to introduce your guests and visitors to the area.  If you are touring the Denver area, it is a great way to see the sights without the walking.

Don’t worry if you have never used a segway before!  Segway Guided Tours offers free training sessions before each tour begins.  During these 15 minute training sessions, you will learn how to control your segway as well as safety tips. In addition, the tour company uses the latest model of segways which are easy to control.  In fact, there is no steering involved in using their segways–you simply lean where you want the segway to go.  The tour company also provides safety gear like helmets for participants.

There are several types of tours available.  History buffs can tour Denver and learn about the history of the downtown area, as well as learning about the Wild West.  If you aren’t into history–don’t worry!  The tour company also offers tours of the river and mountain areas.  Still not happy?  Just call Marvin at 720-841-7862 to arrange a custom tour.

You might wonder what you can expect to see on different tours.  Depending upon the tour, you will see Coors Stadium, the Denver Mint, the Denver State Capital, the Platte River, Estes Park and the Red Rocks.

Tours take about 2 hours, although they can last up to 3.  Be sure to bring a water bottle with you and don’t forget your camera!  There will be lots of great photo opportunities during the tour.  Of course, the tour company does include a free souvenir photo of you on your segway at the start of the tour.  Groups are welcome on tours.  In fact, a special tour can be created for your group.  Last minute tours are not a problem either; the company needs just 2 hours notice.  However, tours sell out quickly and advance reservations are highly suggested.  Tours are conducted 7 days a week.

To get more information, call Marvin at 720-841-7862 or email him at [email protected].  Tours cost $60.00; there are snowbird specials available during the winter months for $55.00.  Ask about current prices and discounts that might be available when calling.
