Free Denver Yoga Class

Interested in trying out a yoga class in Denver? The Denver Public Library at Ross-Cherry Creek Branch is offering a free introductory yoga class on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 10 a.m. All they ask is that you B.Y.O.M. (Bring Your Own Mat).

For those who are curious about yoga but are not ready to commit to a class yet, this is the perfect opportunity in Denver to experience a structured class and learn about the benefits that yoga has to offer. Yoga is a Sanskrit term meaning “to control” or “to unite,” referring to traditional and mental disciplines originating from India. It is associated with meditation and there are many different schools of yoga.
