Colorado National Speedway (CNS) is a 0.375-mi paved oval located in Dacono, Colorado. A member of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series, CNS hosts the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West every year. It also hosted the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series from 1995 to 1997.
Regular race night events are the bread and butter of the CNS schedule. Some of its regular events are Coors Night SP PT F8 MOD SM, happening on September 11 featuring stunt motorcycles during the intermission; the Quaker Steak & Lube LM PT SS LEG TR, a memorial lap for Lauren Hempkin on June 11; and the Hajek Chevrolet Night – LM SP PT LEG TR on June 25 showcasing circle drags during intermission.
Each year, Colorado National Speedway schedules special events bringing in drivers from all over the United States. It also holds various miscellaneous events. This includes banquets, swap meets, and trade-shows.

Visitors at the Colorado National Speedway are allowed to bring clear plastic factory sealed water bottles placed in a soft-sided bag or cooler, but beverage and food items are not allowed inside the main grandstand site. Ticket stubs and hand stamp are needed to re-enter the gate. Open containers can’t be removed from the speedway grandstand area. Visitors also need to dispose of alcoholic beverages before they can exit the gate. Alcohol is not also allowed in the parking areas, as well as video cameras.
