With campuses in Arvada and Lakewood, Colorado, Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) is one of the best higher educational institutions in the state. Established in 1969 as one of the Community College of Denver’s three new campuses, RRCC is now serving over 14,000 students per year, providing access to quality higher education and meeting the educational needs of Park, Jefferson, Gilpin and Clear Creek counties residents. RRCC has provided a quality education to students of all ages, backgrounds and incomes. It takes pride in its accessible and qualified faculty, whose main responsibility is teaching. Its tuition is one of the lowest in Colorado, and it also offers various scholarships and financial aid options through its foundation. Its support services include free tutoring and advising, English as a Second Language, Learning and Resource Centers, a fitness center, a child care center, and student life and employment.

The school offers majors in hottest fields such as health careers, computer technology, law enforcement, fire science, and speech-language pathology and audiology. The RRCC main campus, located in Lakewood, is only a few minutes from Denver. It is backed by local governments, public school districts, businesses and chamber of commerce.
