Neighborhood Details – Riverfront Park
•Riverfront Park is unquestionably the nicest area of downtown Denver.
•Pepsi center ~200 yards. Invesco Field ~1mi, Coors Field 8 blocks, convention center 1/2 mile, REI flagship store 200 yards.
•Dozens if not hundreds of restaurants within walking distance. Zengo, Vita, Root Down, LoHi steak house, Sushi Sasa, Protos, My Brothers Bar, McGloughlins, Mortons, Dixons, all within a 10 minute walk.
•The best coffee shops in Denver 1-10 minute walk including Ink, Masters Delicatessen, and of course a few dozen Starbucks.
•Light rail 5 minute walk.
•Easy on off to I-25.
•5 minute drive to Highlands. Lower Highlands is walking distance.
•Bike shop Salvegetti around the corner – they also serve drive through espresso drinks to peds and bikes.
•On the Cherry Creek and South Platte bike / multi use path. You can run or ride your bike literally hundreds of miles around Denver on these paths with only crossing a few roads.
