Boulder Humane Society Free Cat Adoption Day

admin September 3, 2010 0

Colorado’s Humane Society of Boulder Valley is offering free cat and kitten adoptions this Friday, September 3, 2010 from 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. only. All cats and kittens come pre-spayed/neutered with a microchip, basic vaccinations and free initial exam with a veterinarian post adoption.

Everyone who is interested in adopting a cat must meet with one of the Boulder Humane Society’s adoption counselors first. Adopters may also call ahead and place a cat on hold for 24 hours in advance for $15.

This Boulder animal shelter is participating in the ASPCA’s Save More Lives Challenge to save more than 1,000 lives by October 31, 2010. Currently, they have helped 797 animals find new homes from Denver to Boulder as of September 2, 2010.
