The theater is opening a new ice cream parlor with a coffee shop. There is free parking at the theater.
Kids will be delighted to know that there are a lot of puppet shows at the Denver Puppet Theater; kids and parents alike can enjoy puppets of all kinds. There are also marionette shows. Children ages 3 and up can attend these shows. Younger children cannot attend because they are unlikely to understand the context of the shows and probably not be able to sit through the show in its entirety.
Shows take place on Thursdays and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. during the winter, spring or fall season. The Denver Puppet Theater also has puppet shows on Saturdays and Sundays at 1:00 p.m. In the summer, shows run on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. On Saturday and Sunday, summer shows start at 1:00 p.m. The summer season runs from June 1st to mid August. For people of all ages, there is an admission charge of $7. Groups of 10 people pay just $60, instead of the usual $70.

The Denver Puppet Theater marionette shows last for 45 minutes. The students from schools can be brought here for a field trip and they enjoy puppet shows and a studio tour in addition to the marionette shows. The Denver Puppet Theater accepts around 60 children on Thursdays or Fridays at 10:00 a.m. for field trips. The entire trip will take one and a half hours.
The kids will really enjoy this place, as they can play with more than hundreds of puppets on a large stage. They can play and dance with the puppets and parents can take photos of this memorable experience.
