Denver Candy Tour at Hammond’s Candies

If you love Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, then you will love this mini candy tour in Denver at Hammond’s Candies. Free factory tours are available Monday-Friday every thirty minutes. Guests can learn all about how Hammond’s Candies first started with the original Honey KoKo recipe in 1920 and watch workers making the candies by hand.

For those interested in partaking in the Denver candy making process, they can enter the kitchen area and help make candy as well for $25 per person. Visitors are allowed to take pictures and the half hour long but informative tour is great for kids. Feel free to indulge in the free candy samples and if you can’t get enough of them, there is candy store at the end of the tour.

Hammond’s Candies makes a large variety of handmade candies in Denver including marshmallow and caramel, lollipops, ribbon candy, art candy, candy canes and chocolate.

Guests also have the option of hosting birthday parties here in Denver where the lucky birthday boy or girl gets a lollipop weighing in at a full 16 oz!
