Colorado Dragon Boat Festival

The 10th Annual Colorado Dragon Boat Festival kicks off at Sloan’s Lake Park in Denver the weekend of July 24-25th.  Take your family to Denver for a fun and educational day outside.

This free festival celebrates Asian cultural diversity with exciting dragon boat races, local food, marketplace goods, performing arts and more.

It begins with Welcome Ceremonies and a Dragon Dance on Saturday morning to celebrate Asian culture and heritage in Denver.

On stage at this Denver park there will be martial arts, a fashion show and dance performances and spoken-word.  Get a taste of Asian culture through the art of Bonsai, flower arrangements and Qi Gong.

See the performances from various Asian countries in Denver for a fun and diverse experience for everyone there.

If you get hungry, there are plenty of food vendors around to satisfy your craving for ethnic foods.

Be sure to also pick up cute souvenirs from the various Dragon Boat Festival booths at Sloan’s Lake Park in Denver.
