Denver’s Favorite Coffee Shop

Rooster & Moon is a local Denver favorite on Capitol Hill. It’s a cross between a coffee shop and a pub that wears a lot of hats. Just minutes from downtown Denver, customers rave about everything at Rooster & Moon from the exceptional friendly service to the selection of drinks and food.

This Denver coffee shop is dog-friendly with a patio as well as a very open indoor space with plenty of seating, outlets and free WiFi for all. There’s a flat-screen TV and comfortable background music. Every month a local artist’s work is displayed here. Every Wednesday night, one of the baristas hosts craft night for those interested in a different kind of art.

Rooster & Moon caters to all Denver customers by providing coffee, breakfast, lunch, appetizers, smoothies, beer, wine and cocktails. It’s not only a coffee shop and pub but a Denver restaurant as well. Rooster & Moon boasts a nice selection of healthy meals and the popular Grandma Patsy’s Banana Puddin’. At $2.50 each, this refreshing banana cream pie in a cup is a real grandma’s recipe from North Carolina.

Although Rooster & Moon has unconventional Denver business hours, Monday-Friday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. and weekends 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., every weeknight features happy hour from 3 – 7 p.m. $2 well drinks, $4 call drinks, $3.50 house wines and 2-for-1 coffee rockets – foamy espresso and liqueur in a martini glass. Also on the plus side, there’s an early happy hour in the morning for Denver night shift hospital workers.
