Lauren Miller is a Colorado author and motivational speaker who helps people to deal with the stress in their lives in a positive way.  Lauren combines her background in psychology as well as her real life experiences to empower people to make a change for the better in their lives. In addition to her degree in Psychology, she has had 18 years of education in the niche of anxiety relief and stress reduction.  Her business, Faith and Fitness, combines the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of balance to help clients achieve well being.

Lauren began writing at the age of 38 when she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer right before her divorce became final.  Her book Hearing His Whisper, helped her through that difficult time.  Lauren’s second book was released in June 2010.  In October 2010, she released a book on dealing with the stress of Breast cancer.  Her 4th book will be released in late Spring, 2011.  This book is entitled 99 Things You Wish You Knew Before Stressing Out. There will be a 99Things launch party on June 7th.  Order the book on that day and get free gifts as Lauren’s way of saying thanks.  On June 8th, Lauren will be speaking at the University of Colorado Cancer Center from 6pm to 7pm.  The topic of her session is Lose Your Hair….Keep Your Head. On June 8th, Lauren will be holding a workshop entitled Maximize Your Ability in Lone Tree, Colorado from 10 am to 11:15 am.  The cost is $67.00.

On June 18th,  Lauren will be holding a workshop session on Neuro-Linguistic Programming.  The cost is $67 per participant and the session is limited to just 25 participants.  This worship will be held at Park Meadows Pilates in Lone Tree, Colorado.  This session is about empowering yourself and the others around you to create healthy relationships.

On September 23 through September 25th, Lauren will be offering a Stress Relief Workshops each day. During this workshop, she’ll be teaching participants how their perceptions of events in order to decrease anxiety and stress.  She’ll also be teaching techniques to help people de-stress in 5 minutes or less.
