Since 1977 the Boulder Dinner Theatre has cherished its spectators with mouth watering dining with quality entertainment. With a room for 284 guests the theatre is ideal for fine dining, award nights, recreation clubs, get togethers and parties. The BDT is located in the northeast corner of Arapahoe Avenue at 55th Street in Boulder and is available with plenty of parking spaces that accommodate large events. The entertainment of the theatre is the main attraction that attracts people from all over the city. Some of the upcoming scheduled events are:

1.     Swing: March 4th to May 8th. This event is a popular blend of music and dance where all the audience are left to be mesmerized by the harmony. It has a cultural remix with swing, hip-hop, lindy hop and much more where the only requirement is a partner to feel the exhilaration.

2.     CATS: May 14th to September 14. The story of the gatherings of the Jellicle cats at which one is selected to ascend the Heaviside layer is the work of the famous T.S. Elliot. The play is a universal hit and is now at the BDT for its spectators to enjoy.

Others which are featured through the year are the slow dance hop, Phantom, the Drowsy Chaperone, and Rodger’s and Hammerstiene’s Cindrella. Tickets to the theatre are based on the type of seating arrangement requested by the customer. Weekends have higher rates and the number of shows on Saturdays and Sundays also have been increased. In general the seating is center, sections A and B and sections AA and BB. The distance from the floor depends on the category of the seat selected and the reservation status of the customer. The fare is inclusive of a green salad with fresh baked bread and the entrees are charged based on the menu prices.

BDT is not only a great experience for adults, but also for kids. The Kids Kabaret amuses adults too, but it is more likely to show be a hit with kids below 5 years of age. From March 16th to May 28th kids are entertained by Rapunzel, which is an interpretation of the classic fairy tale. The play has an intense musical background that keeps the audience on their feet. It is made more exciting when the  children get  invitations in the middle of the play to help act out a few of the roles.

The best place for a family get together or a party is Boulder’s Dinner Theatre. It combines entertainment with a fine quality dining experience.
