Grizzly Rose first opened its doors in 1989.  Since that time, it ihas received many awards.  Recently, the club was voted best County Club of the year by the Country Music Association.

The club, which is located in a 400,000 square foot building, features a dance floor, general store, arcade area, pool room, smoke shop, dance room, bar and grill, and shoe shine shop.  In other words, there is something for everyone at Grizzly Rose.

Sunday nights are family nights and all ages are welcome.  Doors open at 6 pm and there is a $5 cover charge per person.  Kids 10 and under get in for free.  Enjoy spending some time with your family and learn to line dance for free.

Tuesday nights at the Rose are for the over 21 crowd.  There is no cover charge and drafts are $1.00.  Line dancing lessons are available from 7 to 8 and from 8 to 9.  The music act takes the stage at 8:30 pm.  Arrive early to get the best seats.

The Rose is the place to hang out on a Wednesday.  During the day, lunch is served starting at 11am. Come back at night to enjoy entertainment without a cover charge. Guys and gals over 21 are invited to check out the free step dance lessons from 8 to 9 pm.   A live band takes the stage at 8:30 pm.

On Thursdays, the Rose opens at 11 am for lunch. Guys and gals 18 and over are welcomed at the Rose on Thursday evenings for dancing, drinking and socializing.  Admission for people 18-20 is $10.  Others, $5.  Drinks are free for ladies from 8 pm to midnight.

Friday is concert night at the Rose.  Ticket prices vary depending upon the act.   On May 20th, enjoy the Josh Abbott Band with Glen Templeton.  On June 3rd, JB and the Moonshine Band take the stage.  June 10th, Mark Chesnutt will be playing.  Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster or at the door.  If you are lucky, you even might be able to win tickets. Go to http://www.grizzlyrose.com/WinTickets.html for more information.  The Rose has a special offer for non-concert Fridays.  Any Friday where a band isn’t playing, you can pay a $5 cover at the door and a $5 fee at the bar to drink for free until 11pm.  On concert nights, the doors open at 6pm, the opening act takes the stage at 8:30, and the headlining act goes on stage at 100pm.

Saturday night is classic country night at the Rose.  Guys and gals ages 21 and up are welcome and cover charge is only $5 per person.
